Dr. Jordan Schmidt
DPT, OCS - Founder & Physical Therapist
Dr. Schmidt grew up in Auburn, MI and attended Central Michigan University (Fire up Chips!) for both his Bachelor's degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With 12 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, he became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2018.
His interests include Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, pain science, and promoting patient education and self-treatment. When not in the clinic, Dr. Schmidt enjoys golfing, camping, fishing, and exercising.
Dr. Anja Bliss
DPT - Physical Therapist
Dr. Bliss grew up in Eaton Rapids, MI and attended Central Michigan University where she received her Bachelor's Degree and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Anja joined the Army in 2020 and remains part of the National Guard where she serves as an Executive Officer. She loves the outdoors and enjoys running, biking, and camping. Anja joined HealthSpan PT in January of 2025, and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her on our team!
Katelyn Fair PT, DPT
DPT - Physical Therapist
Dr. Fair is a physical therapist from Faigrove, Michigan, with a passion for helping people feel their best and get back to the activities they enjoy. She earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University before continuing her education at Central Michigan University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Fair takes a patient-centered approach to physical therapy, focusing on personalized care that is tailored to each person's individual goals, needs, and lifestyle. She believes that effective treatment starts with listening to her patients and working together to create a plan that helps them make meaningful progress.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Fair enjoys hiking and gardening, especially spending time outdoors and staying active. She also recently welcomed a new puppy into her life, so she's enjoying plenty of walks, adventures, and puppy time when she's not at work!
Britnee Pettipas
PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant
Britnee is an incredibly talented PTA with 12 years of experience in orthopedics. Her success comes from her incredible empathy, intelligence, and extensive expertise. She grew up in the Auburn area and graduated from Bay City Western.
Britnee graduated from Delta's PTA program and also earned her massage therapist license. She joined HealthSpan in 2022 and has been an integral part of our business ever since. She enjoys everything outdoors, volleyball, Michigan Football, and of course her beloved Red Wings.
Jessica King, PTA
PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant
With 12 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with patients in both Florida and Michigan. Her background is primarily in outpatient physical therapy, with additional experience in skilled nursing. She especially enjoys working with orthopedic patients and helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence so they can get back to the activities and everyday moments that are important to them.
Jessica earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Central Michigan University and her Associate's degree in Science from Delta College. She values getting to know each patient as an individual and enjoys being part of their progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She loves walking, gardening, and kayaking, and one of her favorite activities is riding bikes with her son.
Tiffani
Receptionist
Tiffani is often the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through our doors—and the warm voice you'll hear when you call. Originally from Midland, she brings genuine Midwestern hospitality and an upbeat energy to our front office each day.
Extremely outgoing and naturally welcoming, Tiffani has a gift for making every patient feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. She understands that starting physical therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she goes out of her way to ensure each person feels supported, heard, and at ease.
Outside of the clinic, Tiffani enjoys spending time outdoors, especially riding her side-by-side and making memories with her two kids. Her love for family and adventure shines through in her positive attitude and the care she shows to everyone she meets.
We're lucky to have Tiffani as part of our team—her warmth and energy truly set the tone for the exceptional experience we strive to provide.
