My Story
I wasn't supposed to be a Physical Therapist. I was going to be an engineer. Why? No idea? All I can figure is that I knew it was a good job and that's what my brother did so I figured why not. I was already signed up to go to MI Tech for college and everything. Then I went into the ditch on the way to work one morning and decided to get a job closer to home. I somehow ended up working at a small (then) Physical Therapy clinic in Auburn - Auburn PT. Just a few short months later I knee that this is what I really wanted to do. So I withdrew from MI Tech and completely changed courses. I eventually ended up in Physical Therapy school at Central Michigan University. After college I went back to working form Auburn PT. I had the privilege of watching that company grow to several clinics. For the final 4 years of working there I was honored to be trusted with being the Clinical Director of business. But deep in me I knew I wanted more. Leaving that job was a very difficult leap for me. I loved the people I worked for, worked with, and treated. But it was time. So in early 2021, HealthSpan Physical Therapy opened it's doors and has been working hard to provide excellent care ever since.
